Blocher Blocher Partners, Architecture and Design, an internationally operating company from Germany, is seeking an experienced architect for a leading position at its office in Ahmedabad.

You should be a team player with at least 5 years work experience in India, with focus on commercial, residential and retail projects of high repute. Requirement for this position is a deep knowledge of the Indian construction business and construction laws. You will be responsible for the coordination of the whole planning process with all participants incl. authorities.
We expect a deep understanding of conceptual design, working drawing and detail planning on the highest level. Interior Designer (F/M)

Blocher Blocher Partners, Architecture and Design, is seeking for our subsidiary in the emerging Indian market an experienced German speaking Interior Designer with excellent organisational skills as office manager.
This position of responsibility offers the opportunity to expand your carrer and the opportunity to run various projects both diverse in size and type in the Asian market. Following an initial period on our office in Stuttgart, you will be based in New Delhi, India.

Applicants should be team players with at least 5 years of international work experience in Asia.
Candidates will be required to develop a very clear understanding of preliminary design/conceptual design/approval, implementation planning and experience in site management. This role involes knowledge and CAD and visualization software (e.g. Allplan, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and Project) as well as solid experience in strategic and operational advice with proficiency in both German and English.
